Drip, Drip, Drip…

The icicles are melting from the roof in a steady stream.

Drifts and snow tufted pine branches clutch the white.

I think the snowman looks terrified. He senses the sun rounding the roof!

Time for soup and a walk outside through all the melting snow.

  1. I love how you set this up with the pictures!

  2. Beautiful pictures of winter and the coming spring. Beautiful words to speak for the pictures…and yes, the snowman does look terrified. Loved it.

  3. We have new grass on the ground today. I expect to see crocuses poking their heads up before too long. Luckily, our drip drip melted quick quick.

I picked up daffodils at the store because I just needed them. Now. So looking forward to the real deal.

I love the idea of a picture walk showing the melting snow…spring is coming! Enjoy.

The birds are equally thrilled that spring is coming! They are wildly conversing in the trees?

  5. Soon it will be gone, but you’ve got the photos to remind you of the beauty of the snow.

  6. So simple, and yet, so vivid! I love the terrified snowman!!
